The Studio
Q.01 What is Rae Ink?
Rae Ink is a minimalist tattoo and piercing studio in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. We opened in 2025. Custom design, considered work — by appointment, with walk-ins welcome during open hours.

Q.03 What are your hours?
The studio is open every day, 10am to 8pm. Appointments are preferred for tattoo work, but walk-ins are welcome during open hours — though for custom design work, booking ahead is the best way to secure time with the artist.
Booking & Appointments
Q.04 Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome during open hours. That said, for tattoo work that needs design time, booking ahead lets the artist prepare and reserve studio time properly. Walk-ins work best for piercings, small fine line pieces, or quick consultations.
Q.05 How do I book a tattoo?
Start by sending us your brief — references, placement, rough size — via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form. The artist reviews each enquiry personally and comes back with a quote and the next available slot. A non-refundable deposit confirms your booking.
Q.06 What is the deposit policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and begin the design process. The deposit goes towards the final price of your tattoo. If you cancel or no-show, the deposit is forfeited.
Q.07 Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule once with at least 5 days' notice without losing your deposit. Cancellations or last-minute rescheduling forfeit the deposit. We try to be flexible — let us know as soon as possible if something changes.

Q.10 Can I bring my own design or references?
Absolutely — bring references, ideas, sketches, anything that communicates what you want. We use them as the starting point for a custom design drawn specifically for you. We don't copy existing tattoos: every piece is reworked to fit your body, scale, and vision.
Pricing & Payment
Q.11 How much does a tattoo cost?
Prices depend on size, complexity, and placement. Fine line and mini tattoos start from 1,000,000 VND. Half sleeves run 10–20M VND; full sleeves 30–50M. Japanese bodysuits range 60–150M VND. See the full pricing page for category ranges, or send us your brief for an exact quote.
Q.12 What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card payments, PayNow, PayLah, and cash. Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable. The remaining balance is settled when your tattoo is completed.
Q.13 Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes — every tattoo includes a one-year touch-up window. If your tattoo shows fading or breaking within 12 months of completion, return to the studio for a touch-up at no extra cost. Aftercare compliance helps us honour this.
At the Studio
Q.14 What is the minimum age for a tattoo?
The minimum age is 18, with valid ID required at the studio. This applies to all clients regardless of nationality.
Q.15 How long does a session take?
Depends on the piece. Small fine line work might take 1–2 hours. Sleeves and larger compositions are typically built over multiple 3–6 hour sessions across weeks or months. We'll give you a session estimate when we quote your piece.
Piercing
Q.16 Do you offer piercings?
Yes — alongside tattoo, Hung Pop performs piercings subject to availability. Prices start from 300,000 VND. Walk-ins are welcome for piercings during open hours; message ahead for specific placements. See pricing →
